Refund Policy
Because presets are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought, so a few clear exceptions apply.
We will fix it or refund you in full if:
- The file you downloaded is corrupted or won't import into Lightroom.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You received a different pack than the one you paid for.
The 14-day window
Any of the above must be reported within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we can usually still help, but we are no longer obligated to refund.
What we don't refund
- "Changed my mind" after downloading.
- "It didn't look the way I imagined on my photos" — presets are a starting point and depend heavily on your source image, lighting, and exposure.
- "I bought the single and then wanted the bundle" — but email us and we'll usually credit the difference if it's within 14 days.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first at hello@px-studios.example. A chargeback opened without contacting us delays any resolution by weeks and almost always ends the same way refunding directly would have.
