Licence Agreement

When you buy a preset (or bundle) from PX-Studios you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the preset files under the terms below. One licence covers one individual person or one brand.

You may

• Use the presets on an unlimited number of personal photographs.
• Use the presets on an unlimited number of commercial photographs — paid client work, advertising, editorial, prints for sale, you name it.
• Apply the presets across your social media, portfolio, books, and exhibitions.

You may not

• Resell, share, gift, redistribute, or repackage the preset files in any form.
• Include the preset files inside another product, course, or download you sell or give away.
• Upload the preset files to public clouds, forums, Telegram groups, or torrent sites.
• Claim authorship of the presets or remove our internal metadata.

Teams & studios

Each person editing with the presets needs their own licence. If you're a studio with multiple editors, email us at hello@px-studios.example for a team licence — it's simple and cheaper than buying one-by-one.

Revocation

If we discover the files have been redistributed in violation of this licence, we may revoke it. The presets themselves will keep working on your machine — but future updates and any further support stop.
